February 2007 Windsor Enterprises enters into purchase and sale agreement with Sullivan Homes to purchase two building lots on the Five Mile Prairie in the “Northview Estates” development. Homes will be underway by mid March 2007. Retail on these homes is projected to be in the $390,000 range and will boast the highest quality trim. Be looking for current progress photos.
